In your account, open TOP & credits and choose Top up credits. Select an amount and check the price. Continue, enter the required billing details and confirm the order. Then pay the exact amount by bank transfer using the correct payment reference. Credits are added after the payment is received and matched. Select and confirm your TOP dates separately.

Click Boost profile for your approved, public profile. Choose an immediate 24-hour boost or select the starting day of a week or month in the calendar. Check the profile, price and dates. Credits are only deducted after your confirmation. TOP highlights your profile in the catalogue and adds a VIP label; the homepage VIP selection rotates.

Credits appear after your bank transfer is received and matched. Open Top-ups and payments, select the order and refresh its status. Check the amount and payment reference. Do not send the same payment again. If it cannot be matched, contact support with your order number.

An immediate boost lasts a full 24 hours. A 24-hour extension follows the active period. A week is 7 consecutive days and a month is 30 consecutive days; choose the starting day in the calendar. Calendar days run from midnight to midnight in Prague time. Paid periods do not renew automatically. Afterwards, your profile returns to standard visibility.

You can cancel a whole future period before it starts and its credits return to your wallet. Once started, it cannot be cancelled or partly refunded. Hiding a profile does not pause an active TOP period.
